Whole Pet Central Healthy Rewards Program Terms and Conditions


Who is eligible to be a member of the Whole Pet Central Healthy Rewards Program (the Program)?

Any U.S. resident that is eighteen years of age or older is eligible.  Purchasing cooperatives and other third party entities are expressly prohibited from Program membership.

How do I enroll in the Program?

You can register at one of our retail locations.  As a condition of registering as a member and maintaining your membership, you will need to provide the requested contact information, including an accurate email address, and provide us any updates of such information.  Upon successful registration, you will be provided a membership number, which is personal to you and for your benefit only.

No purchase is necessary to enroll in the Program.

How does the Program work?

Subject to these terms and conditions, a member earns points that can be converted into Healthy Rewards Dollars that can be applied toward purchases of Whole Pet Central products made at any Whole Pet Central retail store.

Points are earned at the following rates:

(a)             (a)  one (1) point per dollar spent for the purchase of food, treats, chews, supplements and any other “consumable” item, and cat litter. 

(b)             (b)  two (2) points per dollar spent for all other non-consumable products, including toys, beds, bowls, leashes and shampoos.

Healthy Rewards Dollars accrue at the rate of one (1) Healthy Rewards Dollar per twenty (20) points. 

In order to redeem your Healthy Rewards Dollars, you must apply a minimum of ten (10) Healthy Rewards Dollars toward a minimum ten (10) dollar purchase.  

Points may be earned only at the time of sale by providing your membership number or card to the cashier prior to checkout.  No points may be earned retroactively for failure to provide your membership number at the time of sale or for purchases made prior to enrollment in the Program.

Points may be earned on purchases made by gift cards.

Healthy Rewards Dollars will be applied to all purchases after the application of any coupons or discounts.

What are the Program limitations?

Points will not accrue on taxes or shipping charges.

Healthy Rewards Dollars will not be applied toward taxes or shipping charges.

Points and Healthy Rewards Dollars have no cash value.

Healthy Rewards Dollars may not be applied toward the purchase of gift cards.

Points will be subtracted from any purchases that are returned or refunded.

Healthy Rewards Dollars will be refunded to you on purchases made with Healthy Rewards Dollars (via points).

Points and Healthy Rewards Dollars are not assignable or transferable and may not be combined or bundled with the points or Healthy Rewards Dollars of any other member(s).

We are not responsible for missing or stolen points or Healthy Rewards Dollars.

Other Program terms.

If you believe points were incorrectly calculated, or Healthy Rewards Dollars were incorrectly applied in connection with an eligible purchase, you must submit your claim to us via the email address provided below within forty-five (45) days after the date of the applicable purchase, and include your name, membership number, daytime phone number, email address, proof of purchase and any other information we may subsequently request.  Failure to provide requested information in an accurate and verifiable form may result in denial of you claim.  All Whole Pet Central decisions are final and non-appealable.   

Subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy http://www.wholepetcentral.com/store/content/15/privacy-policy/  we may use your email address to communicate to you Whole Pet Central offers and promotions.

We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, modify the Program at any time, effective immediately or at any other time we designate, by posting such changes at our retail locations and, in the near future, online at http://www.wholepetcentral.com.  You agree that your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of such Program modifications.

We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, effective immediately or at any other time we designate. Immediately upon termination of the Program, your Program membership shall terminate.

We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, terminate your Program membership at any time, with or without notice, for any (or no) reason, including, without limitation, for your actual or alleged misuse or abuse of the Program (e.g., repeated return of merchandise and excessive refunds). 

Upon termination of your Program membership, all unredeemed points and Healthy Rewards Dollars shall terminate and will not be eligible for redemption.

Points not used as Healthy Rewards Dollars within twelve (12) months from the date such points are earned will expire.

You release Whole Pet Central, INC. and ITS affiliateD entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all liability relating to thE Program and these terms and conditions.

This Program and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the State of Maryland, without reference to conflict-of-laws.
